A very convenient, practical and functional two working stations shoe soles moulding machine for producing compact, extensive, strong, pliable or unpliable, quality shoe soles in one color from materials such as TR and PVC.
The main characteristic of the machine is possessing the PLC control. In the machine are used Siemens products. The operator panel of the PLC appliance is touchscreen what makes the usage of the machine quite comfortable.
Heating controls are connected to the PLC device. Injection settings are set from the PLC.
A pushing system is available in order to take off the soles from the mold. In the mold rotaion system a fully tumble and half tumble system is available. When the mold comes forward sledding automatically the hydraulic pusher takes the sole off from the mold.
The machine has full automatic, semi-automatic and manual system. In the cooling system which is accordingly designed, in the two parts water circulation channels are installed. The cooling plates are made of pressed aluminium and the cooling is provided as necessary.
The part of the hydraulic pump is installed out so that its maintenance is extremely easy. Hydraulic pressure for each station is done separately and the setting device is placed in the aside facade. In the hydraulic oil tank there is an oil level and heat indicator.
In the machine in order to keep healthy mold and for the hydraulic cooling exchanger system is available. For a healthy work of the hydraulic system special filtration system is done.
The working of the machine is hydraulic and with closing of the presses. Thanks to the 2 direct active 150-200tons mechanic systems the previously used various molds connected to different heights, no mechanical adjustment is needed.
For each machine's administration, has been placed either hydraulic central or electrical central and the maintenance is done by the easily accessible centrals.
Due to the technical characteristics the usage of other machines' molds is possible. Through the automatic sledding and pushing system stout soles and high heel soles are very easily taken off the mold.
